Body Balance Classes

These classes are designed for those of you who are interested in training in a small group. The sessions last for 75 minutes and represent a cross-section of exercises and postures that will teach breath and diaphragm awareness, movement control, alignment, stability and balance. The knowledge gained from these classes will enable you to increasingly take control of your body and exercise needs.

I am currently running Body Balance classes on Wednesday evenings from 530-7pm and 7-830pm at 349 Chapel St, Prahran
