  2. Breathing practices to improve attention, energy and creativity.  Meditation for deep relaxation using Self Enquiry.  Energy Meditation for deep relaxation, connectedness and whole health.
  3. Individual and Group Dialogue:  Facilitating big picture clarity to direct intention, energy and connection.
