I explain the mutually interdependent aspects of feedback based training with automatic movement. We can use a feedback basis to enhance automatic movement, this is because of their interdependence.
In a loaded squat we are slowing down at the point where there is maximal acceleration in a jump, hence the importance of combining them. Load is strongest at the bottom of a loaded movement, which can help enhance dynamic range of motion.
I also discuss how we can further combine other elements to continue to increase learning and sophistication in training.
