Functional Lunge/Differentiated Squat/Differentiated Push

In this video Jordan “The Health Solution” Moncrieff demonstrates a very difficult 2 part Differentiated Posture.

The key to this posture is the functional arrangement of the lunge heel and rear knee. Notice that the front lunge leg has the knee set to the line of the toes. This winds up the lower extremity along with the thigh, hip and spine.
From this set up we perform differentiated squat and contralateral loaded opening.
